Commercial Services Officer

Role Overview

As a Commercial Services Officer, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth operations for our Bulk and Packaged Products divisions. Your primary responsibility will be to support internal teams and customers by managing account inquiries, assisting the sales team in fulfilling commitments, and overseeing pricing and reconciliation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer pricing structures, rebates, and customer claims efficiently.
• Evaluate and process customer quote requests promptly.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, delivery, and accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of end-of-month invoice processing.
• Maintain and update customer master data consistently.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement projects within the team.
• Provide backup support for other team members as necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in commercial roles, sales administration, or general office support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and willing to learn SAP and Salesforce systems.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to easily build relationships.
• Energetic, hands-on attitude complemented by strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
• Positive mindset and a commitment to fostering a supportive team environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Darra, Queensland from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
