Role Overview
This position involves practical legal duties focused on supporting daily commercial operations. The role requires working closely with internal teams to oversee and manage commercial contracts, deliver pragmatic legal assistance, and engage with external legal counsel on complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and edit standard commercial agreements including influencer, client, freelancer, supplier contracts, and NDAs.
- Assist in contract negotiations and managing contract execution processes.
- Identify significant contractual risks and suggest balanced, pragmatic solutions.
- Deliver commercially oriented legal advice to internal departments.
- Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, templates, and legal documents.
- Contribute to updating contract templates, workflows, and legal procedures.
- Perform legal research and create internal guidance materials as needed.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors on specialized matters.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent).
- 1 to 3 years experience in commercial contracts, in-house legal support, or related legal roles.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Experience in advertising, media, influencer marketing, e-commerce, or cross-border business preferred.
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus due to collaboration with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- No requirement for a UK legal practicing qualification.
