The Commercial Operations Analyst will report to the Manager of Sales Operations, based in Toronto, Canada, with collaborative ties to on-site leadership. In this position, you will support Wholesale and Custom sales teams by managing allocation, inventory visibility, order execution, and launch readiness across the Canadian market. This role collaborates closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Allocation, and Systems teams to address daily operational needs, highlight concerns, ensure accurate reporting, and uphold consistent processes in a dual-channel business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply and demand data for Canada, identifying allocation gaps, shortages, and supply limitations, and direct these to relevant partners.
  • Keep track of expected fill rates, incoming shipment delays, overselling, and backlog risks; summarize their effects and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Assist with End-of-Life SKU handling and update Canada order books, ensuring data accuracy and team transparency.
  • Maintain inventory views for Canada including available-to-sell quantities, backorder risks, and aging or surplus stock.
  • Work with Commercial and Supply teams to identify and act on opportunities for quicker stock replenishment and mitigate stockout risks.
  • Support order workflows for Wholesale and Custom channels, covering Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) processes and licensed SKU production requests.
  • Coordinate custom production preparations, urgent documentation, and order execution details with internal stakeholders.
  • Aggregate account and channel data to aid allocation and fulfillment discussions.
  • Help ensure Canada launch readiness by tracking allocation visibility, early access, and any supply constraints;
  • Review SKU positioning, inventory, and order readiness relative to launch schedules and raise concerns as needed.
  • Prepare Canada-focused reports and conduct basic ad hoc analyses using Tableau and Excel.
  • Support the accuracy of SKU, pricing, and part setups for Wholesale and Custom products, including blank and licensed items.
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate pricing, and participate in data governance related to order flow and allocation precision.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience is also accepted.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales operations, supply chain, inventory, order management, or related business operations roles.
  • Excellent attention to data accuracy and detail management in reporting and operational tracking.
  • Effective written and verbal communication enabling clear updates, impact summaries, and issue escalation.
  • Strong organizational skills managing recurring tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities with moderate oversight.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup formulas.
  • Knowledge of SAP, IBP, Tableau, Salesforce, or similar business systems is desirable.
  • Basic understanding of allocation, inventory control, order lifecycle, wholesale processes, and custom order workflows preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Systems groups.
  • Capable of following existing procedures while identifying opportunities to enhance accuracy and operational consistency.
  • Demonstrates curiosity, reliability, and adaptability while managing daily operational requirements.

Compensation and Commitments

The annual salary range for this role is CAD 60,000 to 78,000, with pay varying based on individual qualifications, experience, competencies, and location. Compensation will meet or exceed minimum wage requirements applicable to the employee’s locality.
