Argus Media is hiring driven, inquisitive graduates to join its global commercial function in Singapore. This opportunity places you at the heart of international energy and commodity markets, where you will help shape customer relationships, commercial performance and market engagement within a business that has built trust over more than 50 years.

The commercial organisation includes 230+ professionals and has achieved double-digit growth for five straight years. The programme is designed to stretch you, broaden your commercial exposure and help you establish a strong professional reputation in the energy transition and commodities sector.

Programme Structure

This is an 18-month graduate scheme with structured rotations across sales and customer-facing teams. You will work alongside specialists across the commercial organisation and gain exposure to adjacent functions such as Product Development, Editorial, Data Science and Consulting. Strong performers may be offered a permanent position at the end of the programme.

What You Will Do

• Develop and nurture relationships with customers.
• Strengthen core abilities in sales and account handling.
• Work with CRM systems to assess customer activity and identify revenue opportunities.
• Assist with product demos and the client onboarding process.
• Support reporting, analytical work and ongoing improvement efforts.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should be recent graduates or professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience in the Energy and Resources sector. The role suits people who are commercially minded, curious, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.

Professional fluency in English plus at least one additional language — Thai, Mandarin, Japanese or Korean — is required to support regional commercial work and stakeholder interaction.
