  • Assess commercial contracts to verify financial feasibility, integrity, and adherence to policies.
  • Assist in contract negotiations, analyzing terms, payment plans, and financial obligations.
  • Maintain proper documentation and governance during all phases of transactions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to deploy pricing methodologies and deal packaging standards.
  • Develop medium to long-term account planning with sales teams, regularly reviewing progress and updating management.
  • Create financial models and execute scenario analyses, including what-if and sensitivity evaluations on key deals.
  • Assess deal profitability, margin levels, required investments, and long-range financial effects.

  • Perform financial, commercial, and contractual risk evaluations of strategic deals.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary reviews and authorizations for complex commercial opportunities.
  • Support sales forecasting and commercial performance reporting.
  • Analyze deal pipelines, bookings, and financial performance data to uncover trends and potential risks.
  • Assist Accounting teams with monthly and quarterly reporting; communicate business insights.
  • Establish and sustain strong partnerships with sales, finance, legal, product, and business divisions to facilitate deal review and approvals.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to address commercial concerns and enable prompt decision-making.
  • Act as a reliable advisor on commercial finance and transaction structuring.
  • Provide sales management with value-driven data from team activities, highlight best practices, and conduct post-transaction analyses as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Preferred certifications include MBA, CFA, CPA, ACCA, or similar professional credentials.
