Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the Group’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles.
- Create AI-powered tools and sophisticated Excel models to analyze financial and operational data.
- Prepare both standardized and ad hoc reports detailing performance metrics for finance partners and leaders.
- Investigate variances in sales, product mix, and overhead costs to identify drivers and support detailed commentary.
- Contribute to financial evaluation of business cases and capital investment projects.
- Provide backup support within the Finance Business Partnering team, gaining exposure to RDTI, IS finance, and intercompany recharge processes.
- Engage in special analyses, projects, and continuous process enhancements as needed.
Candidate Profile
We seek a curious, analytical professional passionate about transforming data into actionable insights. Comfort working with AI and modern analytics is essential, along with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-evolving, global business.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
- Previous experience in an analyst, FP&A, or commercial finance support capacity.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and data manipulation.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance analysis and productivity.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Effective communication skills to clearly present analytical findings.
Preferred Skills
- Progress towards or possession of CA, CPA, or CIMA qualifications.
- Knowledge of Adaptive Planning or comparable EPM/CPM tools.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP software.
- Understanding of intercompany and recharge processes.
