Position Overview

This role is for a Commercial Coordinator who will help drive commercial and operational performance across the Italian market, as well as regional and international markets. It suits a person who enjoys working in a busy hospitality and tourism setting and who is motivated by travel, client service, and commercial quality.

Key Duties

• Assist the Commercial Leader and sales team with day-to-day commercial activities.
• Make sure customer communications are handled accurately and delivered within agreed service timelines.
• Keep commercial records, CRM platforms, and client files current and organized.
• Help maintain efficient coordination between operations, reservations, and sales functions.
• Support the timely handling of invoices, supplier paperwork, and operational requests.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent Italian communication skills, both spoken and written, at an advanced level.
• A diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, tourism, travel operations, DMCs, or commercial coordination.
• Well-developed organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships effectively.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Strong accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
• Genuine interest in travel, hospitality, and guest experience.
