Role Overview

This position supports the company’s commercial and business development work under management guidance. The role combines client development, supplier liaison, market visits, reporting, and follow-through on operational and commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, then track them through to follow-up.
• Develop and nurture working relationships with HoReCa customers and suppliers.
• Carry out market visits and maintain regular customer follow-up.
• Assist with sales-related tasks, including quotation follow-up.
• Coordinate day-to-day communication with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Support the sourcing of new products and commercially viable opportunities.
• Contribute to routine commercial operations and wider business activities.
• Help management with special assignments and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a similar discipline.
• Between 3 and 8 years of relevant experience in commercial coordination, business development, sales support, food logistics, foodservice, or FMCG.
• Hands-on background in foodservice, FMCG, or food distribution is required.
• Strong verbal and written Arabic communication skills.
• Good working proficiency in English.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships effectively.
• Comfort using Microsoft Excel and preparing reports.
• Ability to manage several tasks and keep up with multiple follow-ups.

The ideal candidate is proactive, accountable, and able to follow through reliably in a fast-moving business setting.
