Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a customer portfolio.
• Evaluate and process credit applications for commercial lending.
• Collaborate with Commercial Growth Managers to provide personalised banking solutions to new and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster trust and add value.

Candidate Profile

• Confidence in conducting complex financial risk assessments and structuring lending packages.
• Previous experience in Business or Commercial Banking with solid financial analysis and lending knowledge.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and effective communication across diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
• Strong relationship management skills focused on trust and value creation.
