Its Revenue AI Operating System brings together data, insights, and workflows in one trusted platform that can observe, guide, and take action with revenue teams. Built on the Gong Revenue Graph, AI-driven intelligence, specialised agents, and trusted applications, the platform supports more than 5,000 companies worldwide in understanding customers and teams, automating key sales work, and closing more business with less effort.
You’ll be joining a business known for product innovation, ambitious goals, and a highly driven team. The company values transparency, trust, and visible impact, and offers the chance to do meaningful work while developing your career in a fast-moving environment.
Role overview
As a Commercial Account Executive for the UKI market, you will own the full sales cycle for new business opportunities. The role focuses on prospecting creatively, winning net-new customers, and guiding deals from initial conversation through to close. You’ll work through complex sales motions, build credibility with prospects, and help create enthusiasm around the platform’s value.
This position suits someone who is curious, commercially minded, and motivated by high performance. The role also requires confidence in discovery conversations, the ability to act as a trusted business partner, and a strong drive to achieve results in a growth-focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage prospects through every stage, from first contact to final close.
- Deliver a strong customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Explain and showcase the product’s value clearly, building interest and momentum with prospects.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers.
- Launch and execute pilot programmes.
- Track the weekly sales forecast and consistently deliver quarterly quota attainment.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant closing experience, plus prior outbound SDR/BDR experience.
- Background in SaaS and enterprise software sales.
- Experience selling a platform-based solution.
- Proven record of sales achievement, such as President’s Club or Rep of the Year recognition.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Prior experience selling to sales leaders is an advantage.
- Creative, organised, detail-focused, and resourceful approach to work.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also operating independently in a high-growth startup setting.
- Comfort with transformation or vision-led selling, especially where demand must be created rather than fulfilled from an existing budget.
- Confidence in leading technical presentations and demos, with ownership of the full customer journey from prospecting to close.
- High integrity, grit, and a collaborative mindset.
Benefits
- Private health insurance options tailored to employees and their families.
- Wellbeing fund to support a healthy lifestyle.
- Mental health support, including covered therapy and coaching.
- Learning and education stipend for personal development.
- Flexible vacation time to support work-life balance.
- Paid parental leave.
- Company-wide recharge days every quarter.
