The organization focuses on curiosity, creativity, and results-driven instruction, with a mission to help learners of all ages grow and succeed.
Opportunity
The college admissions team is growing and is looking for skilled counselors who are committed to helping students succeed. The role centers on offering a highly personalized admissions experience for families, guiding students to present their strengths clearly, and building a structured plan that supports applications to top-choice colleges.
Counselors will help families navigate the full application journey, including academic planning, curriculum review, internship and extracurricular strategy, and decisions around Early Decision, Restrictive Early Action, Early Action, and Regular Decision. This is a contract-based, supplemental income opportunity with flexibility to set a schedule that fits your availability.
Key Work Areas
You will support students in shaping compelling applications, selecting the right courses and activities, and understanding how to position themselves competitively. The role also involves researching colleges and programs, advising on financial aid and scholarship pathways, and helping families make informed decisions throughout the admissions process.
Requirements
Applicants should bring substantial admissions experience and strong knowledge of the college counseling landscape, student development, and application platforms. The position also calls for excellent communication, writing, organization, and mentoring skills, along with comfort using technology and working in a fast-moving startup setting.

All applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
Extra Credit
An M.Ed. or Ph.D. in education is considered a plus.
Benefits
