Collections & Claims Specialist - Saudi Arabia

About the Role

This position aims to maintain operational excellence throughout the entire cash collection and claims management process. The role involves interacting with customers to finalize outstanding invoices, settle claims, resolve conflicts, and reconcile account balances. Collaboration with sales and logistics departments is essential to address pending matters and mitigate risks related to bad debts. Key Responsibilities

• Perform precise and timely analysis and settlement of customer claims.
• Ensure customer accounts are compliant and properly reconciled.
• Manage outstanding items and overdue balances to address disputes or collectibility risks.
• Engage in cross-departmental coordination with sales and logistics teams.
• Participate in monthly meetings with the cash and claims team and leadership to report on open tasks, opportunities, and potential risks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, accounting, finance, or supply chain.
• Minimum three years of relevant professional experience in accounts receivable, collections, or claims management.
• Membership with SOCPA (Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants).
• Proficiency in essential information systems, particularly Excel and SAP.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and adaptably.
