Collection Executive / Officer

Job Overview

Digitide Solutions Limited is seeking a Collection Executive to join their team in Juinagar, Navi Mumbai. Candidates should have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in collections and possess graduate or undergraduate qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to customers for collections.
• Follow up on accounts that are overdue and pending payments.
• Negotiate payment solutions and assist customers in resolving outstanding dues.
• Maintain precise records of all customer communications.
• Meet daily and monthly productivity goals.
• Comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or undergraduate degree holders.
• Age should be up to 33 years.
• Proficient communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
• Basic knowledge of computers is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary starting at ₹21,000 net, credited on the 1st of every month.
• Salary is paid from the first day of joining.

Workplace and Schedule

• Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai.
• Centralized transport pick-up and drop-off from Juinagar station.
• Day Rotational Shifts: 9 hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
• One weekly rotating off day.
