Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach Specialist with a minimum of four years working in cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach strategies. This role involves managing and driving qualified leads and arranging demos for clients on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of leading the Outreach Team to achieve lead generation goals.
• Design and execute campaign automation workflows using tools like n8n.
• Utilize expertise in cold emailing and LinkedIn automation software to boost outreach efficiency.
• Create personalized and engaging content tailored for target audiences.
• Implement best practices to maintain high email deliverability and avoid spam filters.
• Conduct A/B tests on different elements of emails to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Segment email and LinkedIn contact lists for precise and targeted outreach efforts.
• Regularly track and analyze campaign metrics including open rates, response rates, and conversion rates to identify improvement areas.
• Use a mix of email, LinkedIn messaging, and phone calls to generate qualified leads and meetings.
• Lead client calls and presentations as a mandatory part of the role.

Candidate Requirements
