Role Overview
This position is ideal for someone who is excited by outbound growth, enjoys testing message strategies, and can take complete ownership of outreach programs that generate qualified opportunities for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Run cold email and LinkedIn outreach programs from planning through execution.
- Deliver a steady flow of qualified leads and booked demos for client accounts.
- Guide and coordinate the outreach team to ensure campaign goals are met.
- Design and improve automation systems using tools such as n8n.
- Write personalized outreach messages that encourage responses and engagement.
- Monitor email deliverability to reduce spam risk and protect sender reputation.
- Test different subject lines, message variants, and sequence structures to improve results.
- Split and organize email and LinkedIn prospect lists for focused targeting.
- Review campaign metrics and use the findings to refine performance over time.
Required Experience & Skills
- At least 4 years of practical experience with cold email and LinkedIn outreach.
- Solid knowledge of outreach platforms and automation tools.
- Strong writing ability, especially for persuasive and personalized messaging.
- Hands-on understanding of email deliverability best practices.
- Comfort working with data to analyze, optimize, and improve campaigns.
Work Details
- Location: Remote.
- Working days: Monday to Friday.
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
