Overview of the Role
The People & Culture department at Coca-Cola leads the strategy to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture that aligns with corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Support activities related to employer branding, recruitment, and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Contribute to employee development programs including training and career progression initiatives.
- Assist in employee engagement surveys and initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace culture.
- Help manage performance evaluation processes and support employee relations efforts.
- Analyze Human Resources data to enable informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align People & Culture initiatives with organizational objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or master’s student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related disciplines.
- Authorized to work legally in the United Kingdom; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Available to start by October 1, 2026, committing approximately 36.25 hours per week over a 12-month internship period.
- Excellent command of the English language with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Passion for Coca-Cola, its brands, and values, exhibiting curiosity, adaptability, creativity, and eagerness to make meaningful contributions in a diverse, high-performing environment.
- Inclusive team player with strong relationship-building skills.
- Solid understanding of HR principles and confidentiality, proficient in project management, Microsoft Office, and HR software tools.
