Role summary

The Marketing team at Coca-Cola sits at the center of building strong connections between the company’s brands and the people it serves around the world. The focus is on creating memorable consumer experiences through fresh campaigns, digital engagement, and storytelling that helps the brands stand out.

Responsibilities

In this marketing internship, you will support brand growth, consumer engagement, and market positioning. You will contribute to both traditional and digital marketing activities while working closely with different teams.

  • Help plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aimed at different consumer groups.
  • Carry out consumer and market research to generate insights for brand direction and messaging.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to make sure marketing plans support wider business goals.
  • Track marketing activities and assess how well campaigns and initiatives are performing.
  • Support day-to-day work across social media and other digital channels to increase engagement and brand visibility.
  • Assist with launches, events, and sponsorship activities that raise awareness of the brand.

Requirements

  • You should currently be an undergraduate student, a bachelor’s degree candidate, or a master’s student close to completing your degree.
  • You must already have the legal right to work in Germany, as visa sponsorship is not available.
  • You need to be available to begin on October 1, 2026 and commit to 38 hours per week for a 12-month internship.
  • Strong English communication skills are required, both spoken and written.
  • You should be enthusiastic about Coca-Cola, its brands, and its values, and be eager to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.
  • The role calls for someone who works well with others, values inclusion, and builds strong professional relationships.
  • Useful knowledge includes marketing fundamentals, creativity, digital marketing, social media, market research, and data analysis, along with solid skills in PowerPoint and Excel.

Additional details

This role is based in Berlin, Germany, and may involve 0% to 25% travel. Relocation support is not provided. The application deadline is July 18, 2026.
