Role Overview

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Co-Founder to lead our expansion into the UAE market. This leadership position targets individuals driven to generate long-term value, not just hold a traditional job. The Co-Founder will spearhead market growth, establish key partnerships, win enterprise clients, and serve as the face of Expectin throughout the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

Expand business operations across UAE and the GCC region.
Acquire and manage relationships with employers, recruitment agencies, and enterprise customers.
Form strategic partnerships with corporate entities, universities, and government bodies.
Represent Expectin at industry networking, conferences, and investor forums.
Design and implement market entry and growth strategies.
Build and lead the UAE team as the company scales.
Work closely with the Founder & CEO and product team based in India.
Identify new revenue streams and strategic partnership opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum five years' experience in business development, sales, recruitment, HR tech, SaaS, or startup leadership roles.
Established professional network across the UAE business landscape.
Excellent skills in negotiation and relationship management.
Entrepreneurial drive with self-motivation to work autonomously.
Background in scaling businesses or launching new markets preferred.
Strong passion for startups, innovation, and technology.
