Role Overview

We are seeking a Co-Founder to join us full-time on-site in the Greater Jaipur Area. This partner will contribute strategic leadership and a capital investment to fuel our expansion. The role involves shaping company vision, scaling operations, and steering sustainable growth with equity compensation at its core.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial capital to aid business scaling and expansion.
• Collaborate closely with founding members to design long-term strategic plans.
• Drive growth in admissions, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Lead efforts in sales, marketing, and brand development.
• Discover new business prospects and alliance opportunities.
• Expand company visibility across both digital and physical channels.
• Monitor critical business metrics including KPIs, profitability, and growth indicators.
• Recruit, guide, and develop high-performance teams.
• Influence product strategies and curriculum development utilizing sector expertise.

Required Qualifications

• Robust experience in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, or related technology fields.
• Preferably over 8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong ownership approach.
• Capacity and readiness to invest financially in the business.
• Experience in startup leadership, business growth, or scaling operations is highly valued.
• Excellent communication, sales aptitude, and strategic planning abilities.
• Commitment to working physically from Jaipur.

Investment and Equity Details

• Capital infusion is a mandatory aspect of this position.
• Equity shares will be allocated based on investment scale, expertise, and sustained involvement.
• Initial remuneration for this role is equity-based as the company grows.
