Role Overview

As a Co-Founder, you will help shape the strategic direction and future of the business from its earliest stage. Your contribution will influence how the brand is built, positioned, funded, and scaled over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the brand’s identity, market positioning, and international vision.
• Lead business development initiatives, including partnerships, retail growth, and expansion into new markets.
• Support capital raising efforts and manage relationships with potential investors.
• Oversee operational setup and ongoing management in Saudi Arabia and in other markets as the business grows.
• Work closely with the founder on the company’s long-term strategy and execution.
• Contribute to building Ruh Al Fann into a respected luxury heritage brand.
• Grow into a CEO-level leadership role as the organization scales.

Who This Role Is For

The company is looking for an entrepreneurial, high-ownership leader who is comfortable helping build a business from the ground up. The ideal person will be based in Saudi Arabia or have strong, established ties in the region.
