Role Overview

The organization is seeking a Co-Founder & Chief Health Officer to join the leadership team as it moves toward pilot rollout and commercial launch. This is an equity-based founding position for someone who wants to help build a mission-led venture with long-term impact in women’s health, menstrual equity, and ecosystem restoration.

What You Will Do

In this leadership role, you will help guide the company’s direction, support health-focused programming, and strengthen relationships across the health, education, research, and policy ecosystem. You will also contribute to fundraising efforts, impact tracking, and the company’s broader strategic growth.

Candidate Profile

GoGreenFlow is looking for a leader who operates with integrity, transparency, collaboration, accountability, and a strong mission-first mindset. The ideal person is comfortable giving and receiving constructive challenge, making difficult decisions, and working closely with others in a shared leadership environment.

Preferred Background

The organization particularly values candidates with a medical background, experience in Kenya or other low-resource settings, and prior exposure to NGOs, social enterprises, government initiatives, academic institutions, or international organizations. Experience in fundraising, partnerships, advocacy, and early-stage ventures is also an advantage.
