Job description
Opportunity
FutureSight is looking for a Co-Founder & CEO to build and lead Concordance, an AI-first venture focused on compliance for clinical documentation. This is a true co-founder role with meaningful founder equity from day one, rather than a paid executive position.
Concordance AI is designed to review every healthcare chart in real time, identify payer-specific documentation gaps before billing happens, and reduce the heavy manual quality-assurance work that currently drives avoidable denials and clawbacks. Today, manual QA teams can take up more than 25% of operating labor budgets while reviewing only around 10% of patient charts, which leaves organizations exposed to major financial risk.
Market Context
The team has already validated the opportunity through direct conversations with Compliance Directors, QA Leaders, and Revenue Cycle Directors in behavioral health organizations. The demand signal is strong and consistent.
- Teams repeatedly described the same product need: a real-time, pre-billing, EHR-connected layer that flags documentation issues against payer rules before claims go out.
- The financial downside is severe, especially when post-payment recoupments occur. Buyers reported recurring payer audits, sometimes weekly or monthly, with a single event creating losses in the range of $150,000 to $850,000.
- Funding is not the main obstacle. Buyers said that if the product connects smoothly with their EHR and delivers high accuracy, budget approval is achievable.
The target market is broad and highly fragmented, with revenue cycle teams under increasing pressure to manage denials at scale. Estimated total addressable market is $4.0B-$6.0B+, across more than 20,000 organizations including multispecialty groups, behavioral health providers, and health systems. The economics are compelling: at current pricing, the software could recover its cost quickly by cutting manual auditing labor by roughly 80-85% and preventing clawbacks that can save millions in losses.

What You Will Lead
As Co-Founder & CEO, you will define the company’s direction and carry execution across strategy, customers, product, capital, and team-building.

- Work closely with FutureSight’s product and engineering team to launch the first version and improve it based on user feedback.
- Lead the seed fundraising process, with support from FutureSight’s network and traction-building efforts.
- Recruit the founding team and build the culture and operating standards of the company.

- Realistic understanding of the pressure, tradeoffs, and responsibility involved in co-founding a venture-backed business.
- Deep practical exposure to healthcare revenue cycle management, medical billing, or denial management, including the difference between clinical/coding denials and administrative issues, plus familiarity with smaller EHR/PM systems and the workaround-heavy tools billers often use.
Application Process
Applicants are asked to send a resume, LinkedIn profile, and a short note explaining why this opportunity matches their founder goals. The team intends to move quickly for a strong fit.
