Job description
Opportunity
FutureSight is looking for a Co-Founder & CEO to build and lead Concordance, an AI-first venture focused on clinical documentation compliance. This is a founder partnership opportunity with significant equity, not a paid executive position.
Concordance AI is designed to review every healthcare chart in real time, identify payer-specific documentation gaps before billing, and remove the manual quality-assurance burden that currently drives major denial and clawback losses for healthcare organizations. At present, manual QA teams consume more than 25% of operating labor budgets while reviewing only around 10% of charts, which leaves substantial risk uncovered.
Market Context
The opportunity has already been tested with the market through direct conversations with Compliance Directors, QA Leaders, and Revenue Cycle Directors in behavioral health organizations. The feedback points to a strong need:
- Demand is explicit: prospects described the exact solution being built — a pre-billing, real-time, EHR-connected alert layer that checks documentation against payer rules before claims are submitted.
- Financial impact is severe: the biggest pain comes from post-payment recoupments and payer clawbacks, with organizations reporting weekly or monthly audits and single events creating losses between $150,000 and $850,000.
- Budget is not the obstacle: buyers indicated that if the product integrates smoothly with their EHR and achieves strong accuracy, funding the purchase should be feasible.
The target market is large and fragmented, with revenue cycle teams under growing pressure to manage denials at scale. The estimated total addressable market is $4.0B-$6.0B+, covering more than 20,000 organizations such as multispecialty groups, behavioral health providers, and health systems. The business case is strong: at current pricing, the product could quickly pay for itself by reducing manual audit labor by roughly 80-85% while also avoiding clawback losses that can run into millions.
