Co-Founder & CEO - Entrepreneur in Residence

The opportunity

FutureSight is looking for a seasoned founder who wants to join forces on the creation of its next B2B AI company. This is a true co-founder arrangement with meaningful equity ownership, not a compensated executive position.

The role is suited to repeat founders who may already be testing an early concept, or to entrepreneurs who want to work with FutureSight to evaluate, shape, and launch a new business together. You will collaborate with the studio team to pressure-test ideas, drop the ones that do not stand up, and take the strongest concept from initial validation through fundraising and beyond.

This is a full-time commitment with an exclusive focus on building and owning one B2B AI venture from the ground up.

What you'll own

As Co-Founder & CEO, you will be responsible for setting the direction of the company and driving execution.

• Validation: Work with the team to test, refine, and validate the business concept, including prototyping solutions to prove demand, and be prepared to discontinue ideas that do not show promise before committing to the best one.
• Strategy: Shape the ideal customer profile, pricing approach, and market positioning for the opportunity that proves viable.
• Customer development: Run pilots, turn them into paid work, and establish the go-to-market engine.
• Product: Partner with FutureSight's product and engineering specialists to launch the first version and improve it based on user input.
• Capital: Drive the pre-seed and seed fundraising process, with support from FutureSight's network and traction.
• Team: Hire and lead the founding team while setting the company culture.

Co-founder profile

• Prior founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Strong track record in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market, including selling and customer-facing work
• Comfort raising capital, building investor narratives, and closing funding
• Ability to attract, develop, and keep high-performing talent
• Realistic understanding of the risk and intensity involved in co-founding a venture-backed business
• Broad startup versatility plus depth in one key function such as sales, technology, product, design, or marketing
• Relevant industry expertise and genuine enthusiasm for solving problems in that domain
