Role Overview
Join KLJ Paraflex India Limited, a reputed wire and cable manufacturer based in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, as a Cluster Head in Raipur. This position is responsible for driving sales growth and business expansion through various channels and ensuring operational excellence within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand market presence by developing and managing channel partners, distributors, and direct customer accounts.
- Lead and mentor teams to achieve performance targets and drive sales initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and revenue.
- Ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement in distributor retention and dealer activation.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Applicants must hold a graduate degree from a recognized institution.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range between 480000 and 600000 INR.
