Club Sales Manager

Key duties

• Grow sales across memberships, training packages, and merchandise.
• Carry out marketing initiatives directed by the marketing lead, including local community outreach.
• Manage the club’s social media presence to build engagement and community connection.
• Ensure members and prospects receive timely follow-up and a strong service experience.
• Handle delinquent member account collections.
• Screen prospects, share club information, motivate them, and convert them into members.
• Keep the club and its equipment clean and well maintained.
• Review club reports to spot trends and refine performance strategies.
• Complete weekly bank deposits, cash/till counts, and inventory counts.
• Take part in weekly and monthly meetings and training sessions.
• Support club staff by leading meetings, setting goals, and conducting performance reviews.

Work conditions

Schedule and employment terms

This is a full-time hourly role. The standard business week runs Monday through Friday, with a few Saturdays each year possibly required.

Experience and qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior sales experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead others and work independently.
• Familiarity with common PC software, including the MS Office suite.
• Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and benefits

Pay includes a base hourly wage plus commission and bonus opportunities.
