Club Lounge Attendant

Position Overview

The Club Lounge Attendant at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company is instrumental in crafting an exceptional dining experience that goes beyond serving food and beverages. This role focuses on delivering unique and memorable service to guests, ensuring their dining visit is seamless and enjoyable. Responsibilities include managing table settings, effective communication with the kitchen, direct interaction with guests, serving their needs, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables in preparation for service ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Engage with guests courteously to provide personalized service and meet their needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and supplies throughout shifts.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and navigating uneven or slippery surfaces. Duties involve manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 25 pounds solo and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Attendants must also reach overhead and below the knees, including bending and stooping as part of routine duties.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related work experience preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No certifications or licenses are mandatory.
