Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and personable Clothing Coordinator to join our Textiles team at the Canning Vale Distribution Centre. This role involves delivering vital administrative and operational support to maintain data accuracy and administrative excellence.
Key Duties
- Deliver outstanding customer support and expert advice regarding embellishment solutions.
- Keep pricing and embellishment master records up to date with precision.
- Oversee the digital asset repository, managing logos and brand-related materials.
- Work with vendors to guarantee prompt and quality service fulfillment.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to aid in achieving sales and margin objectives.
- Identify and suggest ways to improve overall customer experience.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in case management or administrative support roles, preferably within textiles or embellishment environments.
- Clear, friendly, and effective communication skills in face-to-face, telephone, and written contexts.
- Demonstrated personal maturity and an ability to work independently.
- A proactive mindset focused on delivering value consistently.
