Position Overview and Availability

We are seeking an experienced senior doctor, dentist, or nurse who is passionate about training in aesthetic medicine. This role demands availability specifically on Mondays and Fridays, essential working days for delivering our courses effectively. Applicants must be able to commit to these days consistently.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as a representative and ambassador for Harley Academy.
• Provide exceptional educational sessions including lectures, one-on-one practical training, small group instruction, and remote virtual teaching.
• Train students in facial injectables and cosmetic dermatology techniques.
• Ensure patient safety and satisfaction are central to all clinical practices.
• Collaborate with courses and marketing teams to develop and enhance educational content.
• Deliver outstanding clinical service within the Academy Clinic setting.
• Maintain thorough, precise patient and student documentation.
• Support management of complications, complaints, and concerns with appropriate escalation.
• Offer constructive feedback to improve courses and strengthen the Academy's position in the sector.
• Foster a motivating and supportive environment among faculty members.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of a minimum of 150 toxin and 150 filler procedures or over three years’ experience specializing in facial aesthetics with injectables.
• Commitment to excellence in teaching and ongoing professional development, including participation in our educational training programs.
• Adherence to professional codes of conduct and maintenance of full practice license from GMC, NMC, GDC, or an equivalent body, including appraisal and revalidation.
• Registered prescriber status and possession of a Level 7 Qualification in Injectables or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Aesthetic Medicine.
• Availability for two working days weekly and one Saturday monthly.
• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications and Attributes

• Level 3 Teaching Qualification or equivalent.
• Possession of L3AVVRA or equivalent certification.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
• Energetic, positive mindset with proactive attitude.
