Role overview

This field-facing clinical and technical position supports advanced endoscopy solutions in hospitals and other care settings across the United States. The role serves as a bridge between customers, sales teams, and internal product specialists, helping ensure the effective use of specialized endoscopic equipment and contributing to better patient outcomes.

You will be responsible for providing direct support during clinical procedures, guiding healthcare professionals, and helping drive successful product demonstrations and adoption of complex medical technology. The position combines clinical knowledge, customer education, and sales enablement in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.

This opportunity is well suited to an experienced clinical professional who enjoys working in the field, teaching others, and making a meaningful impact in patient care.

Accountabilities

  • Deliver on-site clinical and technical assistance for endoscopy systems, including setup, correct operation, troubleshooting, and practical maintenance guidance in hospital and clinical environments.
  • Coordinate and prepare for demonstrations in advance so product showcases run smoothly alongside sales representatives and partner teams.
  • Train and educate physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals on the safe, effective use of endoscopic systems and associated equipment.
  • Assist sales efforts by supporting demonstrations and helping contribute to territory revenue targets as assigned.
  • Serve as a clinical resource on endoscopic procedures, including reprocessing methods and established best practices.
  • Create and update educational content, and work with product, marketing, and internal stakeholders to improve training materials for customers.
  • Share organized field observations, customer feedback, and activity updates with management while keeping customer and work records current in internal systems.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5+ years of experience in clinical support, medical device field support, or healthcare sales, preferably in GI or pulmonary flexible endoscopy settings.
  • Solid knowledge of endoscopic procedures, with advanced therapeutic experience viewed as a plus.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and clinical topics to varied healthcare audiences.
  • Well-developed organization and time-management skills, with the ability to handle several priorities in active clinical environments.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, plus general digital reporting tools.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a highly mobile field role with about 75% travel and frequent hospital-based assignments.

Benefits

  • Competitive base pay of $70,000, plus variable bonus potential of up to $50,000.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Paid time off and holiday benefits.
  • Life insurance coverage.
  • Exposure to advanced medical technology in a high-impact clinical setting.
  • Field-based flexibility with extensive travel across a range of healthcare environments.
