Role Overview
OpenLoop’s mission is to enable care delivery at scale through telehealth technology. The Clinical Education team is essential in preparing providers to be confident, knowledgeable, and equipped to deliver excellent care. As a CMA Clinical Specialist focused on education, you will maintain and improve the systems, content, and workflows that ensure smooth provider onboarding and effective client implementations. Your efforts will enhance consistency and reduce obstacles so providers can be successful from the start.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain onboarding platforms and training resources to ensure providers are technically ready and familiar with workflows.
- Revise and enhance documentation across multiple platforms including ClinicApp, Notion, Dosespot, Photon, and Amazon Connect to keep pace with evolving processes and tools.
- Monitor channels used by providers to spot and troubleshoot technical challenges, escalating issues when necessary to minimize onboarding barriers.
- Support client launch activities by coordinating resources, performing quality assurance checks, and assisting with standardized procedures.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in training and onboarding strategies to boost scalability, precision, and operational efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to align education initiatives with organizational goals and operational needs.
- Detect recurring issues or gaps in onboarding and training, providing insights to enhance provider engagement and preparedness.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas for workflow enhancement and priority setting.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Candidate Profile
- Active Certified Medical Assistant credential.
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly translate technical workflows into user-friendly instructions.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of juggling multiple tasks within a dynamic environment.
- Adaptable and comfortable navigating through continuously changing systems and procedures.
- Team-oriented and proactive with a readiness to support collective goals and cross-departmental projects.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience in supporting onboarding, training, or operational functions within healthcare or telehealth settings.
- Proficient in documenting and interpreting technical workflows with clarity and accuracy.
- Familiar with managing numerous platforms and adjusting to frequent updates.
- Strong problem identification and resolution skills, including knowing when to escalate issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in telehealth, healthcare technology, or digital healthcare arenas.
- Experience with productivity and communication tools such as Notion, Confluence, Dosespot, Photon, Amazon Connect, Slack, Zoom, Zoho, and Google Workspace.
- Exposure to creating training content, managing Learning Management Systems, or implementing asynchronous learning modules.
- Familiarity with client launch and operational readiness procedures.
