Overview
Rana Eye Centre seeks a seasoned and dynamic Clinical Services Manager to direct daily functions and staff activities, ensuring the centre operates efficiently while delivering exceptional patient care.
Primary Duties
- Supervise everyday operations and manage personnel to maintain smooth workflows.
- Liaise with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), insurance providers, public sector undertakings (PSUs), and relevant stakeholders for seamless coordination.
- Negotiate tariffs and uphold empanelment agreements to optimize financial and service aspects.
- Lead marketing initiatives, enhance brand presence, and drive business growth strategies.
- Maintain high standards of patient experience and administrative processes for optimal service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) standards and uphold quality benchmarks.
