Job description
Overview
The Project Manager will take comprehensive ownership of engineering projects from initiation to completion. The role involves ensuring all project goals are met within the predetermined scope, timeline, and budget while upholding the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all stages of engineering projects, from start through execution to final closure.
- Develop thorough project plans that define scope, schedule, resources, and budget requirements.
- Guarantee that all project activities align with technical specifications and engineering standards approved.
- Track project progress closely to ensure timelines are met.
- Manage the project budget efficiently, controlling costs without compromising quality.
- Apply and maintain rigorous quality assurance protocols and occupational health and safety standards throughout the project duration.
- Coordinate collaboration across multiple engineering disciplines, including civil, electrical, and mechanical.
- Organize and conduct project meetings to keep teams aligned and on task.
- Lead and cultivate a cooperative environment among multidisciplinary teams.
- Prepare and deliver detailed progress reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders regularly.
- Identify potential risks and challenges promptly and implement corrective strategies as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering disciplines such as Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields.
- At least 14 years’ experience in managing engineering projects professionally.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is strongly preferred.
