Role overview
This opportunity is for a Clinical Researcher who can support the training of AI models. The work involves assessing AI chatbot progress, checking the soundness of their reasoning, and identifying issues that can help improve model quality.
Subject-matter background
The role requires a strong command of biology. Relevant areas of knowledge include, but are not limited to, microbiology, cell biology, genetics, physiology, biochemistry, molecular biology, biotechnology, and environmental science.
What contracting with us looks like
- You can select the projects you want to take on and decide when to work.
- The work is completed on your own schedule using your own computer, from your home.
- Compensation is hourly, beginning at $40+ USD per hour, and some projects may offer bonus pay.
Responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review the results they produce.
- Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, quality, and overall performance.
Qualifications
- Strong written English skills at a native or bilingual level.
- A careful, detail-focused approach to work.
- Knowledge of cell biology, genetics, physiology, molecular biology, biotechnology, environmental models, and experimental methods.
- A Master's degree and/or PhD that is current, underway, or completed is preferred, though not mandatory.
