Role overview
This position is for an experienced clinical researcher who can contribute to training AI systems. The work involves assessing chatbot reasoning, checking the accuracy of responses, and identifying issues that can improve model quality.
The role requires a strong command of biology at an expert level. Relevant areas include Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, and Environmental Science.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Strong fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
- High attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, and experimental methods.
- A Master's degree or PhD that is currently underway, completed, or in progress is preferred, though not mandatory.
