Clinical Research Associate (CRA) & Senior CRA - Radiopharmaceutical Therapies (Remote US)

About the Role

We are actively seeking experienced Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Senior CRAs with expertise in radiopharmaceutical therapies to join our Full Service Outsourcing team. You will support various sponsors in clinical trial monitoring across the US with opportunities to work remotely from major hub locations. This role involves extensive travel, approximately 60-70%, with 8-10 days of site visits each month.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of clinical trial site monitoring including routine visits, site close-outs, and handling study documentation.
• Conduct pre-study and initiation visits and maintain continuous liaison with vendors.
• Oversee site management following project plans to ensure compliance and quality.
• Perform general on-site monitoring activities to guarantee protocol adherence.
• Ensure study staff are properly trained and equipped to enroll patients safely.
• Verify informed consent procedures and adherence to regulatory protocol requirements to protect study participants.
• Maintain data integrity by auditing Case Report Forms and addressing discrepancies through source document verification.
• Manage registry activities as outlined in project plans and support feasibility assessments when required.
• Complete Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reporting, including preparation of narratives and follow-up processes.
• Independently review CRFs, generate queries, and resolve data issues using Fortrea or client data management systems.
• Assist with onboarding and training new staff members including co-monitoring assignments.
• Coordinate local clinical projects as Local Project Coordinator under supervision and serve as a local client contact if designated.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

• A college or university degree, or relevant certification in allied health or nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one year experience in clinical monitoring, preferably with radiopharmaceutical exposure.
• Flexibility to work from various major US hub locations.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with strict protocol adherence and tight timelines.
• Strong prioritization, adaptability, and teamwork skills critical to managing shifting project demands.
• Comfort with technology-driven data collection and electronic clinical trial systems.

• Capability to perform light physical activities including bending, crouching, carrying up to 15-20 lbs such as luggage and laptop.
• Use of various software tools developed both in-house and commercially available.
• Reliable and consistent attendance with flexibility for varied working hours.
