  • Develop standardized operating procedures to ensure quality and efficiency as patient volume increases.
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration among clinical, operational, and support teams.

Patient Experience & Success

  • Manage the entire patient conversion funnel from initial referral to treatment completion.
  • Define and track patient experience metrics (e.g., NPS, resolution rates) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct cross-functional analyses to identify and address conversion funnel drop-offs.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms between patient-facing teams and care/product/tech teams to drive actionable insights.

Clinical Logistics & Equipment Operations

  • Oversee the operational performance of home sleep testing and PAP therapy fulfillment.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for diagnostic and treatment equipment.
  • Monitor and optimize metrics related to delivery, returns, equipment utilization, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with vendors and supply chain partners to ensure operational reliability and scalability.
  • Ensure logistics performance aligns with clinical timelines and patient experience expectations.
  • Develop scalable processes for growth while maintaining operational quality and cost control.

Strategic Operations & Business Performance

  • Act as a liaison between clinical operations and the company's growth objectives.
  • Translate revenue targets and growth plans into operational requirements, staffing needs, and capacity forecasts.
