About the Role

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a skilled Clinical & Healthcare Specialist to contribute to the enhancement of AI-driven solutions. This contract role involves providing expert feedback on clinical treatment protocols and healthcare data. You will leverage your knowledge in medical practice, clinical research, or healthcare administration to refine AI systems. The position requires analyzing virtual hospital operations, patient documentation, and workflow scenarios for accuracy. You will also be responsible for developing and critiquing case studies, healthcare simulations, and medical decision-making content. This is a remote position requiring collaboration with a global team to deliver high-quality healthcare insights and ensure project alignment. Findings and recommendations must be documented with clarity and precision.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and provide expert feedback on clinical treatment protocols and healthcare data to enhance AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • Possess an advanced degree such as an MD, RN, or an equivalent qualification in medicine, nursing, or healthcare administration.

  • Demonstrate a strong track record of expertise in clinical treatment protocols, medical research, or conducting hospital operational audits.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
  • Showcase strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail to ensure work is free from errors.
