Role Overview

Inizio Engage partners with a major biotechnology organization across commercial, patient support, and medical affairs functions. This role is focused on providing disease-state education to selected patients, healthcare professionals, and office personnel in primary care and specialist settings, following the standards defined by the company and the Nurse Manager.

This is an opportunity to join Inizio Engage and support a leading biotechnology client.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver education on the relevant disease state to identified patients, healthcare professionals, and office teams in line with agreements made with the Client Account Manager, Field.
  • Conduct educational sessions for community support groups and healthcare professionals based on the needs of each office.
  • Use only company-approved or client-approved materials, and do not alter, duplicate, or share them without authorization.
  • Complete all required training modules and competency checks within the timelines and standards set by Inizio Engage.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with important customer contacts.
  • Support the development and delivery of services across multiple healthcare settings as directed by the Client Account Manager, Field.
  • Look for fresh and practical ways to create or expand partnership opportunities.
  • Handle administrative work promptly, including daily computer updates, weekly activity summaries, email communication, and monthly expense reports.
  • Keep professional registration and/or licensure current as required by state law.
  • Attend local and national meetings or conferences when needed to stay updated and share knowledge with the team.
  • Maintain company equipment and learning materials according to company instructions.
  • Follow all Inizio Engage policies and procedures, as well as client-specific policies and procedures.
  • Remain reachable during working hours to respond to questions.
  • Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license at all times and inform the company immediately of any violations or accumulated points.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice, with no restrictions.
  • BSN preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Preferred background in the pharmaceutical industry and home care.
  • Preferred minimum of 3 years working in neurology, immunology, or a related disease area.
  • Preferred experience training patients on home injections.
  • Strong, professional communication skills.
  • Ability to present to diverse audiences, including physicians and office staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Well-developed organizational skills.
  • Self-driven with strong personal motivation.
  • Able to manage several tasks at the same time.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development and commitment to keeping knowledge current.

Compensation and Travel

The base salary range for this role is $84,000 to $156,000 per year. Final pay will depend on experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs. Travel may be up to 50% within the assigned geography, and occasional travel outside the assigned area may be required.
