Job description
Overview
We are looking for a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Clinical and Metabolic Geneticist to join our healthcare team with a faculty position at the School of Medicine in Redlands, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care services including newborn screening, inpatient consultations, outpatient clinics, and multidisciplinary team settings.
- Educate medical students, residents, and genetic counseling students while participating in research activities.
- Engage in collaborative program development and research projects.
- Manage clinical areas such as neurogenetics, cardiogenetics, cancer genetics, dysmorphology, and congenital anomaly cases.
Team and Facilities
Work alongside geneticists, genetic counselors, and support staff with access to a cutting-edge genetic testing laboratory and a new pediatric outpatient center.
Qualifications and Opportunities
Candidates should have training in clinical genetics or genomics. Opportunities exist for research involvement and program expansion.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range from 252000 to 278000 annually.
- Benefit package includes retirement plans, health insurance, Continuing Medical Education (CME) funding, and malpractice liability coverage.

- Candidate must reside in California.
- This position is not eligible for a Conrad 30 Waiver.
