Overview
LOROS Centre for Excellence invites applications for a Clinical Administrator/Co-ordinator role to deliver administrative support across multiple departments including CNS, MND, Lymphoedema, Day Hospice, and Outpatients. This is a versatile position contributing to seamless patient care in partnership with the Integrated Community Specialist Palliative Care Coordination Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary organizational and administrative assistance to clinical teams.
- Serve as a positive ambassador demonstrating professionalism towards clients, their families, visitors, and colleagues.
- Sustain effective communication and collaborative relations within the hospice and external parties such as Funders and Commissioners, managing queries related to admissions and meetings.
- Participate in meetings and prepare accurate minutes.
- Oversee and coordinate the SystemOne clinical appointment scheduler.
- Contribute to upholding LOROS's esteemed reputation in the community.
Requirements
- Capability to provide high-quality administrative support in a clinical setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Effective communication and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities cohesively.
- Proficiency in managing electronic clinical diaries or similar scheduling tools.
