Job description
About Endeavour College of Natural Health
Endeavour College of Natural Health is Australia’s largest provider of natural medicine education, with a strong focus on community, purpose, and wellbeing. Its Sydney campus features modern teaching spaces alongside a Student Wellness Clinic, where students build practical experience by treating real clients under professional supervision.
Role Overview
This is a permanent part-time position based onsite at the Melbourne campus. The Clinic and Campus Administrator is a highly visible, customer-facing role that acts as the initial contact for students, staff, and clinic clients. The position supports a wide mix of campus and clinic functions, with priorities that may shift depending on operational needs and the student experience.
Key Duties
- Act as the main contact for student questions, responding promptly through phone, email, ticketing tools, and face-to-face interactions while keeping records accurate and following up where needed.
- Deliver reception and front-desk support across both the clinic and campus, including handling enquiries, bookings, payments, visitor coordination, and general administrative work.
- Manage day-to-day Wellness Clinic activity, such as rostering, dispensary inventory, banking tasks, and communication with clients.
- Assist students with clinic processes, system use, and appropriate client-service standards.
- Contribute to broader campus activities and events, including open days, graduations, room preparation, and maintaining shared areas.
Qualifications
A Bachelor or Diploma level qualification in a relevant field is considered an advantage.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will bring strong people skills, excellent communication, and a student- and client-focused approach. The role also calls for the ability to handle conflict constructively, juggle several priorities in a busy setting, solve problems proactively, and adjust to changing campus requirements. Careful attention to detail is important for administration, records, finance-related tasks, and system use. Experience in healthcare, education, or a clinic setting is preferred, especially with booking or clinic systems.
Additional Information
This position is based onsite at the Melbourne campus and is part-time.
