Job description
About the Role
Endeavour College of Natural Health places people at the centre of everything it does, including students, academic teams, operational staff and clinic clients. The Brisbane campus combines modern learning spaces with a Student Wellness Clinic, giving students practical experience with real clients under professional supervision. The organisation’s mission, community focus and commitment to natural health shape the way the campus and clinic operate.
This is a permanent, full-time, onsite position. The Clinic and Campus Administrator is a highly visible, customer-facing team member who acts as the initial contact for students, staff and clinic visitors. The role supports a wide mix of clinic and campus activities, with duties that can shift as organisational priorities and the student experience evolve. Working closely with the Clinic & Campus Manager and the broader team, this person helps keep the environment organised, welcoming and running smoothly.
Core Duties
- Act as the main contact for student enquiries, responding promptly by phone, email, ticketing platforms and in person, while keeping records accurate and ensuring issues are followed through.
- Provide reception and front-desk support across both the clinic and campus, including handling enquiries, bookings, payments, visitor management and general administrative work.
- Manage the day-to-day running of the Wellness Clinic, including rostering, stock control for the dispensary, banking tasks and communication with clients.
- Assist students with clinic processes, system use and professional client service standards.
- Support wider campus activities and events, such as open days, graduation events, classroom preparation and maintenance of shared areas.
Qualifications and Experience
A bachelor’s degree or diploma-level capability in a relevant field is considered an advantage. Previous experience in healthcare, education or clinic settings is desirable, especially where booking or clinic management systems have been used.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong people skills and clear communication, with a service-minded approach for both students and clients, plus the ability to handle difficult situations constructively.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities across student support, clinic operations and campus administration in a busy setting.
- Practical, solution-oriented thinking with flexibility to respond to changing campus requirements.
- Careful attention to detail in administration, records, financial handling and system work.
