Role overview

ISCA Academy is seeking a Client Solutions Specialist/ Manager to accelerate revenue and wider market use of its digital learning offerings, including Accountify and Boardflix. This position is centered on enterprise sales, account growth, and purposeful client engagement.

You will work with organisations to understand their learning and workforce development priorities, then recommend scalable, tech-enabled solutions that create measurable business impact. The role calls for strong consultative selling ability, commercial judgment, comfort with digital products, and the skill to develop lasting client partnerships while delivering subscription and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Sell ISCA Academy’s digital learning products, including Accountify, Boardflix, and other professional development programmes, to support subscription and revenue growth goals.
  • Position enterprise-wide learning subscriptions through advisory-style sales conversations, product walkthroughs, and solution-led presentations.
  • Source, assess, and grow new business through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, partnerships, and campaigns run by marketing.
  • Increase usage, renewal rates, and overall adoption of enterprise subscriptions through proactive account care and customer success efforts.
  • Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and other stakeholders to expand accounts and create upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Track industry shifts, competitor activity, and changes in digital learning and workforce transformation to uncover new opportunities.
  • Work with Marketing, Product, and Operations to improve lead generation, client onboarding, and retention activities.
  • Keep CRM records current with sales forecasts, pipeline status, and client interaction details.
  • Represent ISCA Academy at conferences, industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to strengthen brand presence and create qualified leads.
  • Deliver against KPIs for subscription sales, revenue growth, new client acquisition, account retention, and platform adoption.

Requirements

  • A diploma or degree in any field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, with evidence of consistently meeting or beating revenue goals.
  • Prior exposure to selling digital products, SaaS, e-learning platforms, learning technology, or similar tech-enabled services will be an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and decision-makers across organisations and run consultative B2B sales cycles effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills, with a strong record of relationship-building and deal closure.
  • A self-driven, outcome-focused mindset with strong ownership and the ability to perform in a target-based environment.
  • Solid pipeline and account management capability, including use of CRM tools for lead tracking, opportunity management, and sales forecasting.
  • Customer-oriented thinking with the ability to assess business needs and propose tailored learning and workforce development solutions.
  • Comfort and confidence in presenting and demonstrating digital learning platforms, software, or other technology solutions.
  • Capability to support client success through relationship management, subscription growth, retention, and account expansion.
