Role summary
The company is looking for a driven and goal-focused Sales Executive to support its Education and EdTech business. This position centres on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to sales growth across the sector.
Key responsibilities
- Source and develop fresh business leads through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain and grow relationships with both existing clients and prospective customers.
- Assess customer requirements and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Prepare and present sales pitches, proposals, and pricing quotations.
- Track leads, manage the sales funnel, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle contract discussions and work toward closing deals to meet quarterly goals.
- Keep the sales pipeline up to date and submit forecasts and reports on time while meeting assigned targets.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a closely related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication abilities may also be considered.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
- Exposure to government tenders, public sector procurement, and proposal submissions is an added advantage.
