Role Overview
Whitespot is hiring a Sales Promoter to work on-site in Dubai. This role is suited to someone who can represent the brand professionally, engage customers confidently, and support sales growth through strong client interactions.
Key Strengths for the Role
- Provide dependable customer service by creating rapport, answering questions clearly, and leaving clients with a positive experience.
- Communicate effectively, using clear spoken English and active listening while interacting with a diverse customer base.
- Drive sales and promotional activity by contributing to target achievement in a retail, hospitality, or similar environment.
- Use everyday digital tools and operating systems, such as CRM platforms, tablets, and mobile applications, to capture leads and record updates.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and show reliability in customer-facing situations.
- Be prepared to work from the Dubai location and adapt to shifts, weekends, and busy trading periods when needed.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience in facilities services, cleaning, hospitality, or premium/luxury brands is considered an advantage.
- English fluency is required, and Arabic or other languages commonly spoken in Dubai will be an added benefit.
