Role Summary

As a Client Service Associate, your main responsibility will be linking clients with suitable Advisors from a diverse range of industries. This involves extensive research on sectors related to client requests and recruiting distinguished subject matter experts to join Guidepoint's network. Mastery of these recruiting and connecting skills prepares you for more complex project and client management roles such as Research Manager and Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client research requests and leverage various sources to locate the most suitable experts globally, spanning different sectors and specialized knowledge areas.
• Engage potential Advisors through phone and professional networks, communicating effectively why their expertise aligns with the projects.
• Evaluate and screen experts to confirm their relevance for client assignments and prepare polished professional profiles.
• Collaborate with colleagues and Advisors across Guidepoint's offices maintaining strong team dynamics.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited academic institution.
• Outgoing nature with comfort interacting across professional hierarchies.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent oral and written communication capabilities.
• Proficient in managing time and organizing tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to perform efficiently both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent English is mandatory; Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not essential.
