Role Overview
The Client Relationship and Marketing Manager will play a strategic and highly organized role in managing client engagement, CRM strategy, and marketing activations across Bonpoint's retail locations in North America and Canada. This position aims to nurture client connections, enhance customer acquisition and retention, orchestrate luxury events and trunk shows, forge local marketing collaborations, and bolster brand visibility via media and influencer outreach. The role involves close cooperation with Retail Operations, Store Leadership, Marketing teams, and Bonpoint's headquarters in Paris to elevate the client experience while accelerating brand presence and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement CRM plans to boost customer acquisition, foster loyalty, and enhance lifetime client value.
- Analyze purchasing data and client behaviors to uncover opportunities for tailored communications and business growth.
- Work alongside boutique teams to support CRM activities, ensuring consistent outreach, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Track CRM effectiveness through key performance metrics and pursue ongoing enhancements.
- Build upon and utilize existing clienteling technologies and tools.
- Organize and execute upscale client-focused events, trunk shows, in-store experiences, and seasonal brand activations from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with store teams to maximize event participation, client engagement, and increase sales outcomes.
- Develop and sustain partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and strategic entities to amplify brand awareness.
- Manage localized marketing efforts consistent with Bonpoint's global brand standards.
- Handle press inquiries, media opportunities, product loans, gifting programs in collaboration with internal and external parties.
- Support PR outreach by maintaining connections with editors, stylists, agencies, and media contacts.
- Contribute to the execution of seasonal marketing campaigns, product rollouts, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate closely with Paris headquarters to ensure that North American and Canadian initiatives align with the brand's worldwide vision.
- Monitor and assess event outcomes, CRM results, marketing return on investment, advertising and promotions budgets, and client engagement data, recommending improvements as appropriate.
- Guide boutiques on clienteling best practices, VIP engagement strategies, and event coordination.
- Ensure all client communications and experiences uphold Bonpoint's luxury standards and exemplary service quality.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support boutique launches, relocations, and special retail ventures.
- Assist with the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, product introductions, and brand activations.
- Engage in cross-departmental projects involving Retail, Visual Merchandising, Buying, and Operations teams.
- Identify potential partnership opportunities to elevate the Bonpoint brand presence.
- Contribute to extended marketing, client engagement, and retail projects as company needs evolve.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses between 3 to 5+ years of experience in CRM, luxury retail marketing, client development, public relations, event management, or related areas.
- Demonstrated background in luxury retail, fashion, beauty, or hospitality sectors is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful CRM strategies that drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Experienced in planning and managing luxury events, trunk shows, VIP experiences, and client activations.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, clienteling, public relations, and brand stewardship.
- Exceptional relationship-building capabilities to engage clients, media, influencers, and business partners effectively.
- Highly organized and adept in project management with acute attention to detail.
- Analytical thinker capable of interpreting CRM and marketing data to guide business decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM platforms, clienteling tools, and marketing software preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required for events, boutique support, and business-related activities.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000, competitive and based on experience, with potential bonus incentives.
