The role serves as a regional center of excellence, helping local markets and retail teams strengthen client relationships, deepen loyalty, and support sales growth.

It also drives the adoption of clienteling tools and best practices, while promoting a service culture built around personalization and hospitality that matches regional customer expectations. Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute a regional client development plan using local data, business priorities, and customer insights, while staying aligned with the global brand direction.
  • Support Client Advisors across the region in building strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Partner with store leaders, regional retail directors, marketing, operations, and other stakeholders to gain alignment and drive adoption of client development initiatives.
  • Bring regional feedback, business needs, and market observations back to the global retail team to help refine the broader strategy.
  • Work with omnichannel and client relations teams to improve client-facing rituals, tools, behaviors, and actions that strengthen acquisition, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Define and track KPIs to evaluate the return on investment of regional client development programs and present regular updates to leadership.
  • Ensure retail teams have clear visibility into Client 360 data and CRM insights so they can make informed, timely client decisions.
  • Identify and launch scalable client engagement ideas based on best practices, market knowledge, and performance data.
  • Capture successful clienteling practices across South Asia Pacific and share them to drive ongoing improvement.
  • Design and deliver training sessions for retail teams on clienteling tools and relationship management techniques.
  • Provide ongoing guidance to retail teams as client development methods and tools evolve.
  • Promote a regional culture centered on personalization, hospitality, and customer focus.
  • Use storytelling, insights, and performance trends to influence senior management decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in luxury retail, client development, hospitality, or client experience leadership.
  • Strong understanding of retail and store operations in the South Asia Pacific region.
  • Solid project management capability in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience leading teams, developing high performers, and encouraging collaboration across different retail settings.
  • Comfort with data analysis, budget management, and turning insights into practical actions.
  • Good awareness of regional customer behavior, cultural differences, and market conditions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
