Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and confident Client Coordinator to enhance our client communication and coordination processes. This role requires managing timely interactions with clients, ensuring project alignment, and supporting the recruitment and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure engagement and follow-ups.
• Coordinate project deliverables and scheduling, including meetings and candidate interviews with clients.
• Update and maintain client records and internal tracking systems diligently.
• Collaborate effectively with the recruitment team to stay updated on requirements and progress.
• Address and resolve basic client queries promptly, providing necessary updates.
• Engage with clients in person as necessary to strengthen coordination and relationship management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Any graduate with proficient communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with basic MS Excel functions and professional email handling.
• Demonstrated ability in follow-up, coordination, and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Professional demeanor and presentable appearance essential.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet clients when required.
• Previous experience in coordination, customer support, or recruitment is advantageous.
